Hello my name is Edna Garcia, and I'm excited to be given this opportunity to expand the knowledge that I've have learned through my fitness journey to you!
I started my fitness journey just for the simple fact I had enough. I didn’t have the body I wanted and it was time to take action! You have heard it before, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result!” Sound familiar? I’m sure we can all relate to this.
Fitness was first my hobby and then became my passion. Then that passion became an addiction! As I gained fitness and nutrition through just self research and development I was able to begin to share my knowledge with girls just like yourself, so that you don’t have to make the same MISTAKES as I did!
I specialize in high intensity functional training. I believe short HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions incorporating weights are the key to shaping and shredding a female’s body. It helps us build nice lean muscle while still shedding fat. With the workouts I provide you are in and out of the gym from anywhere between 30-50 minutes. The sessions are fast, fun and EXTREMELY effective. Currently I am taking my National Association of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and AFFA Group Fitness Instructor certification courses.

As a wife and mother of 4, I understand how extremely busy your days could get but also how much more amazing your day could be if you do and finish your workout of the day! I myself have lost 57 pounds and counting, and in this journey I have truly found myself and the desire to better myself every single day. I can help you reach your goal to becoming the healthiest person you can be! If you’re new to the gym, I would love to help you get out of your comfort zone to become the better, happier, healthier version of you. Even us who are familiar to the fitness world sometimes just need that extra push and support on those days when we want to give up and throw in the towel. I could be that extra push for you when you need it! One of my favorite sayings is “Trust the Process, have fun with it, and the results will come.” Fitness does not have to be boring and results don’t come over night. CONSISTENCY is the key to mainly everything in life. Let me help you become the best and healthiest person you can be and help you grow the same love for fitness that I have!
