This program's goal is to equip kids with the physical training and goal setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. We will also deal with issues such as enhancing confidence, self-esteem and fueling their bodies through proper nutrition. 9 week program that meets 2x a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays leading up to the Longhorn Stampede.

We are currently offering FREE daycare services to Wellness Members while they are exercising in the Wellness Center or attending one of our Fitness Classes. We will be assessing the future of this program based on the amount it is used.

Super Spud Runs
If you're wanting to participate in the Longhorn Stampede or if surviving a 5K is on your "Bucket List", check this out. Stop being a couch potato and become a HRC "Super Spud". We can take you from the couch to the finish line in just 9 short weeks. Last year, nearly every participant completed the Stampede and some even won medals! We will run with you on Sunday afternoons, starting easy and advancing to longer runs as the program progresses. Then we will give you an assignment for 2 more runs on your own during the week.
Days: Sundays beginning April 7th through June 2nd
