If you have never experienced the benefits of working with a Certified Personal Trainer, you have no idea what you're missing! Learning proper, safe and effective exercise techniques, having a specific routine to follow, plus the motivation that a trainer can offer to push you beyond your "comfort level" can be the difference in reaching your goals or just maintaining your current level.
All sessions will run 45-60 minutes in length. Pre-Assessment Fitness Testing is required prior to beginning a Personal Training Program.
This is a program designed to build youth fitness through basic flexibility, movement and core strengthening exercises, drills and other fitness games/activities. Open to all youth, regardless of fitness interest and abilities in current 4th-8th grades.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45pm - 4:45pm
Place: Holcomb Rec Building
Fees: $20 per 9 week term
Dates: 1st 9-week term is from Aug. 23rd - Nov. 25th

Diet Duos
Grab a partner, pick a name and work together to achieve your weight-loss goals. The winning team will be determinded by the total combined weight percentage lost by the two team members. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams.

Beginning Weigh-in Deadline: Saturday, Sept. 24th
Final Weigh-in: Saturday, Dec. 10th
