Fitness classes are great for keeping you motivated and on course with your fitness needs. Experience the motivational and the social benefits of working out with instructors and other class members. All classes are continuous, so feel free to join in at any time.

YOGA
Enjoy benefits for your mind, body and soul! This class is a great addition to any other work outs you are doing. Yoga involves stretching, toning, balance and breath control for all ages and abilities.
Days: Mon / Thurs
Time: 6:45 - 7:30pm
Fee: $36 for 15 classes

Create a little more excitement for the NCAA Final Four and motivation to increase your workout time. Each time you come into the Wellness Center to workout for 30 mins or more, you can enter your name in our drawing to be awarded a team for the tournament. The more times you come in the better your odds are to get 1 or more of the 64 teams. Then you can follow your team through the bracket and have a chance to win Wellness Credits for Membership Fees or Personal Training.
