K2-Fit
This is a program designed to build youth fitness through basic flexibility, movement and core strengthening exercises, agility drills and
other fitness games/activities. The program is open to all youth currently in Kindergarten-2nd grade. Youth in all levels of fitness interest are welcome. We encourage kids to discover fitness through fun and challenging activities, pointing them in the right direction towards living healthy and active lifestyles.
